The Thulium Laser provides excellent treatment for dull sun damaged skin. It nicely removes skin discoloration, brown spots, actinic keratosis, and improves the tone and texture of skin. You get the ultimate anti-aging tool with this therapy.
A typical face/neck takes about 30 minutes to treat. Your treated skin will look red after treatment, followed by bronzing on the second day. Skin begins to exfoliate (peel) on the third day revealing a much-improved complexion.
Treatment is fast and little to no downtime is necessary. Thulium laser is excellent for the face, neck, chest, arms, legs, and back. You can expect beautiful skin at the end of the process!
When can I return to work?

This is a great procedure to have on a Friday and return to work on Monday. You will be red right after treatment. Bronzing followed by peeling occurs on the third or fourth day. Our aesthetician can suggest ways to moisturize and cover up during this time.
Will I experience pain during treatment?
Our doctors prescribe a numbing cream to be applied one hour prior to procedure. They then locally block more sensitive areas before treatment starts. Most people find that these measures keep them quite comfortable.
Will this treatment give noticeable results?
Absolutely! Several of us have had this treatment done on the face/neck with very obvious improvements in as soon as 4-5 days. After peeling, you will notice a smooth refined skin minus skin discoloration and sun damage. Skin looks luminous. The Thulium laser penetrates 200 microns into the skin resulting in collagen rejuvenation and reduction of fine lines around the eyes.
